View source for RELOCATION OF CRIMINAL SUSPECTS IN THE NEW DSMN SYSTEM

People (suspects) who may have committed a crime and are on their own recognizance bond, for example, and whose case will be considered by a jury. Suddenly they decided to move to a new place, hoping to deceive the system, saying that the jury in the new autonomy, not knowing them, would justify them as much as they can. Since the jurors in the new autonomy don't know them yet anyway, or won't know them for a long time, but only from the good side. These suspects will only deceive themselves, since the court will always assemble a jury from the autonomy where such a possible criminal suspect lived at the time of the crime.

It is advisable to give an example. For example, a man crashed a neighbor's car at night, it seems that witnesses saw him, but it's impossible to say for sure whether it was him or not. As a result, it will be decided by those jurors who lived with this person before his moving to another place, because they know his disposition, which can significantly affect the verdict.
