Entrepreneurs, from the quotas provided to them for the region (the number of quotas is determined separately for each region), choose for themselves individual judges who deal only with economic cases.

If an entrepreneur needs to resolve a controversion with another entrepreneur, then he sues such a judge (any free one he wants), if it seems to him that the judge is biased, then he can take the case again with the help of any other judge dealing with economic controversions.

==Anti-corruption protection==

If an entrepreneur believes that all judges who deal with economic cases have been bought by some big business that always resolves controversions in its favor, and other entrepreneurs do not want to change these biased judges - these judges can be bought or intimidated, it does not matter. Then there is an opportunity to appeal in a special way to third-order executives (civil Judges) of four autonomies, one of them is necessarily the one where the entrepreneur himself is registered, and the other three are the nearest autonomies.

Judges of such autonomies will organize random juries who will consider the case of such an entrepreneur together. And if such a court comes to the conclusion that the entrepreneur is right and those judges who deal with economic cases to whom he appealed, passed an unfair verdict in his case, then such judges will be dismissed with disgrace and will be blacklisted regarding all possible posts and also entered into a special database where people who were dismissed in connection with the loss of trust will be located. And this is the minimum penalty, as they can easily go to prison for their forged sentences.

However, if it turns out that the entrepreneur was wrong himself and all the sentences passed by the judges who deal with economic cases were correct, all the documents and signatures were checked and all the judicial decisions of both judges who deal with economic cases were fair, then such an entrepreneur may be punished by being denied access to the entrepreneurial activity for a year, two, etc.

==Database of faithless entrepreneurs==

Maybe even indefinitely, until the person proves that he has become honest. Such an entrepreneur is also included in the database of faithless entrepreneurs. And even if he does business informally, regardless of the change of full name (the database will also monitor this), he will still remain in this database and any of his clients will be able to check him anytime.

By the way, this database is a very important advertisement for honesty and responsibility for all entrepreneurs, and especially for those who do something informally. That is, if a person is not in the database, then even if he is doing something informally, he already has some kind of trust, and at the same time, if he is there, then such a trust to him is unlikely at all.

And for unofficial entrepreneurs, it will even be beneficial to show their full names on their passport to their clients so that they can always check them in the database and choose them. A kind of mini-advertisement. Thus, once in the database, a person receives a verdict on his business activity. Moreover, the client will have doubts if such an entrepreneur does not show his full name on his passport and rather looks for someone else who is more open.

So both entrepreneurs and economic judges should remember their responsibility to society, which will very quickly find their sins and bring them to light.

==Officially registered entrepreneurs==

By the way, officially registered entrepreneurs can count not only on protection in court, but also on some benefits and subsidies, while if an entrepreneur's business is in a grey area, it is absolutely defenseless.

For example, he may be welshed by his client after he provides a service or sell a product. And it will be impossible to sue such a client, no one will defend such a grey entrepreneur. All the alleged documents that they signed with each other will be considered like a toilet paper and the client who dealt with such an entrepreneur will remain benefit. Therefore, it will always be better to register officially, calmly pay your tax and not worry about doing a business.
