And this is the minimum penalty, as they can easily go to prison for their forged sentences.

However, if it turns out that the entrepreneur was wrong himself and all the sentences passed by the judges who deal with economic cases were correct, all the documents and signatures were checked and all the judicial decisions of both judges who deal with economic cases were fair, then such an entrepreneur may be punished by being denied access to the entrepreneurial activity for a year, two, etc.
