JUDICIARY SYSTEM IN THE NEW DSMN SYSTEM
Direct harm or violence model
We would like to note that the entire new judiciary system will be based only on purely direct harm or violence. In other words, this means that all the nonsense that is now called "protection of honor and dignity" and other similar nonsense will simply be thrown into the trash. There is no need to overload the courts with all sorts of unnecessary garbage. People should understand for themselves that if unsubstantiated and fabricated nasty things are written about you, for any reason, then this is most likely 99.9% lies.
That is, it will no longer be possible to say in court something like: "I have suffered moral harm and now I want a hundred-thousand-million in compensation."
However, there will be one thing, namely: for example, if the so-called moral harm was INTENTIONALLY caused, as something like - privacy of correspondence, medical confidentiality, etc. is violated. In general, this is exactly what can cause so-called "moral harm" but again, I repeat that this was done INTENTIONALLY to obviously cause so-called "moral harm," but it does not cause direct harm or violence.
In this case, if the victim of this moral harm causes mild to moderate damage to physical health (including damage to personal property) to the one who caused this "moral harm", then in court, the accused who initially suffered from "moral harm" and then committed the crime, depending on the situation itself, may receive notable leniency from the jury.
To the point that he may simply be released from custody. And yes, it is precisely such cases that are always considered by a jury.
But this point, we repeat, extends exclusively to the one who suffered and the one who caused these "moral harm" and then, not always and depending on the circumstances that the jury will determine for themselves - how much they are worth leniency and whether they are worth it at all.
That is, if the victim of "moral harm" brought his friends with him to punish the one who caused him "moral harm", then there will be no leniency towards his friends when they are caught and judged.
Organization of the trial
Offices/courtrooms for trial should be provided in each autonomy. A record is kept in court, either on paper or with video and audio recordings for the minutes. If possible, trials can also be conducted online using a software, specially created for this purpose.
If a witness in court is someone's relative, then such a witness is immediately marked with a special status so that everyone knows this and treats his testimony with caution.
Subtle aspects of the new judiciary system
It is precisely because of this new judiciary scheme, for example, that it will be impossible to sue any propagandists from any mass media, because of whom families may have collapsed or relatives with opposite political points of view stopped communicating.
Someone might object and say, "Well, how is that?! It was because of them that all this happened, that they propagandized, instigated and pitted against each other." Yes it is, they are literally provokers. But why do people need brains? Are they biorobots?! No. Therefore, people must learn to think, find compromises and be able to negotiate, be able to criticize and think.
The propagandist is just provoking, yes, he is not a good person, he has chosen his destructive path, but in the end, he is just a provoker, he does not commit violence himself and does not directly cause harm. He will do it with your hands, but since you are not biorobots, your are thinking people, so you can come to reasonable conclusions yourself, that it is not necessary to listen to him and it is generally dangerous. And you need to criticize his every word, even if it is like a honey in the ears at first glance.
Social ostracism greatly simplifies the use of the new judiciary system
At the same time, nothing prevents you from not doing business with such a person with a well-known bad reputation as destructive mass media propagandist. Everyone will know him by sight, and someone won't rent him an apartment, someone won't serve him in a restaurant, and so on. And no one can do anything to such people, because it is their right not to respect a particular person.
In the same restaurant, for example, the manager will not get angry with the waiter, since he himself holds the opinion that this person does not belong here, and all the visitors will agree with them.
In this regard, in the new DSMN system, much will be built on the principle of respect. If a person engages in some kind of activity in such a way that society respects him, then it will be much easier for him to live in this society. And if a person engages in activities in such a way that society does not respect him, then it will be much more difficult for him to live in this society.
Sometimes social ostracism is worse than imprisonment. It will be very difficult for such people with a well-known bad reputation to live in a country based on the DSMN system where they cannot be tolerated and almost everyone in the society put grit in their bearings on all legal grounds. It will be easier for them to move to another country or sincerely repent to society and never engage in destructive activity again.
