REGULATIONS ON THE ACTIVITIES OF EXECUTIVES IN THE NEW DSMN SYSTEM

From DSMN SVARGA database

All executives in the civil service have two days off a week, as well as some holidays (all as usual, but on condition that everything in their territory functions perfectly, if not, then there are no days off). Also they have a paid leave.

When an executive is unable to perform his duties (for example on sick leave), another executive of the same territory, for example, an autonomy, a larger urban area, and so on, can take over his duties. The state will pay double salaries to such executives while they perform other executive's duties.

Even if several executives of the same order cannot temporarily perform their duties on one of their territories at the same time (this can simply happen), then volunteers can be recruited. Again, they must reside in the territory where such an executive is required. Such volunteers will also be paid the salary of an executive until this executive returns to the service.

The only exceptions to the group of executives above are second-order executives (Prosecutors) and third-order executives (Judges) of autonomies. Deputies and no one else will be strictly provided for them in advance - these will be also volunteers who, if necessary, will take their position temporarily. And yes, their efforts will also be paid in the amount of the salary of the relevant executive, whose place they temporarily occupy.

When an executive goes on vacation, he is replaced by a deputy, who can be either another executive of the same territory entrusted to him, or a volunteer living in that territory.

If, for some reason, the residents of the territory are not satisfied with the executive's deputies, these deputies are replaced by standard voting procedures designed to replace an executive of the appropriate rank.

All cases of replacement (including in cases of emergency and ordinary vacations) are discussed in advance and formalized. The number of deputies of any executives should always be at least two people. Executives retire at the age of 40.
