THE PROCESS OF INTERACTION WITH EXECUTIVES IN THE NEW DSMN SYSTEM

During any official visits by ordinary people to executives or for example by a second-order executive (Prosecutor) to some executives or a third-order executive (Judge) or someone else (it doesn't matter) with any appeals, the executive who receives guests in his office is obliged to press a special button next to the light switch before entering people into his office. This button starts clear video and audio recordings of what is happening in the office, that is, the actual conversation itself.

At the same time, a red light comes on over the office of such an executive, this is evidence that there is a reception of citizens or an official consultation between executives or something else. This is very strict and mandatory. The video and audio recording is automatically sent to all second-order executives (Prosecutors) of the autonomy.

It would be possible to do it with papers with seals and protocols and other statements, but it seems the 21st century has arrived. So why all this paperwork?! But in case of a power cut, as well as in those places of the Earth where modern technologies are not yet available, paper forms with applications will be always provided and all seals should be on every executive's desk and ready in such cases.

Anyway backup power should be provided in all executive offices, or if there is such a technical and not too expensive option, a separate electric power line unrelated to the rest buildings of autonomy, which should always be turned on at all costs.
