THE VOTING PROCESS

From DSMN SVARGA database

The ballot box is located in a special voting room, where citizens are allowed only by passport and under a signature with the time registered in the special voting journal.

The ballot box itself is completely transparent and is under round-the-clock surveillance by a high-definition camera, which any citizen can watch at any time and where it is perfectly visible who voted and how many papers were put there. There should naturally be only one ballot paper.

Citizens can approach the ballot box only from one side, so that everything can be seen very clearly - what was put, how much and who exactly it was. Therefore, falsifications are excluded. At the time of scheduled repairs or replacement of the ballot box, voting is not carried out.

No one can restrict access to the voting room for residents of the autonomy in any way, except in cases when the voting room, ballot box or camera needs replacement or repair. All these repairs or replacements are planned. But all these planned repairs or replacements are limited in time to one week, after that everything must be in order in its places. And after that the impossibility of any manipulations with the voting room for six months. Except in cases when a contingency occurs, for example, when the camera breaks down suddenly.

If the camera breaks down during the voting, it is replaced, and the voting takes place again with a completely cleaned ballot box and notifying residents that this has happened.

The voting process in problematic cases

In the most extreme case, when existing executives are trying to fiddle with, at least 90% of residents can come directly to the duty district police officer of the autonomy and demand to put a ballot box right in the middle of the street. Where all people will take a voting form, indicate everything they need in it and then approach the ballot box in the presence of witnesses - actually, the residents of the autonomy themselves (at least 90%) and the duty district police officer. Then immediately after the vote two policemen and the duty district police officer himself will take out all the forms from a transparent ballot box and immediately count them. It will be the simplest and most primitive direct democratic voting. In this case no existing executives can interfere with this in any way.

The whole process of voting in the middle of the street is carefully recorded on video by one of the policemen or the media (or both). It is not forbidden to record the voting process by anyone from the residents for the sake of completeness.
