VOTING

Voting is considered valid if at least 90% of the residents voted. Sanctions against an executive will be applied only if they have received at least 75% of the votes.

If an executive should be removed according to the results of the vote, but residents now want to determine for themselves who will take his place after the dismissed one, then he is replaced by an interim, who is chosen by executives of the appropriate order.

The interim is also paid a salary and at the time of replacement he also receives all the necessary benefits (if they are provided for this position).

If residents want to choose new executives for themselves, then to everyone who wants to be elected is given exactly one week to undergo special testing (this is optional) for the opportunity to hold the appropriate position, after which everyone who wants to be elected is recorded in the form (if there are a lot of them, then in the forms) and voting begins that lasting at the most a month (as already mentioned above).

As a last resort, the forms can be printed by the residents themselves, if the existing executives are trying to fiddle with and all residents understand this. In this case the residents with a district police officer and two policemen in the presence of any media (residents can even use their cameras or phones, so becoming these media for a while), put the ballot box right on the street and vote in direct elections, where people can immediately announce the results of the so-called direct people power.

Voting in a problematic autonomy

If it turns out that outrages are taking place in the one autonomy with the submission or connivance of an executive (executives), and the people themselves who chose this executive (executives) either do not care about it, or they are intimidated and afraid to do anything. Then the citizens of the entire problematic autonomy, provided that there will be at least 2/3 of them from the whole autonomy, they can deal with these problems themselves in their autonomy - they can choose executives from their environment for such irresponsible or frightened people and put them on positions for a period of one year. But for such actions there must be 100% evidence: 100% facts of outrage or connivance of an executive (executives).

Psychological tests for an executive positions

Psychological tests for an executive positions will be passed in specialized and independent institutes of psychology. Moreover, everyone can take these tests, but for their own money. The test is not required for elections, but if the result is positive, then the probability of being elected increases significantly, since the assessment of the tested person will be placed next to the name on the form. Moreover, the assessment will necessarily be in both cases: if it is positive, and if it is negative. The test taker cannot influence this in any way (for him it is a kind of lottery).

Each such organization (Institute of Psychology) has its own visible to all citizens reputation. Anyone can look at those they have tested. If someone has already been chosen based on their ratings. i.e., how good or bad this or that executive turned out to be with the appropriate ratings for him from this organization. In this case, the chance of fraud is significantly reduced, since each organization (Institute of psychology) will value its reputation.
